Terms

Effective 9 September 2026

Operator and customers

Article 14 Ready is operated by PEAK Consulting Services GmbH, Kaiserring 14–16, 68161 Mannheim, Germany. Contact: info@peak-cs.com.

The paid product is offered only to businesses and persons acting for purposes related to their commercial or professional activity, not to consumers.

Product, order and delivery

The 24h Dry Run is a downloadable, self-guided digital tabletop exercise. Access is supplied electronically after successful payment. Stripe Managed Payments acts as merchant of record for checkout, payment, receipts and applicable indirect taxes; its checkout terms also apply.

Licence

One purchase gives the purchasing organisation a non-exclusive licence to use the product internally with one product team and to make reasonable internal working copies and exercise reports. Resale, public redistribution and presenting the product as your own are not permitted.

Preparation aid only

Article 14 Ready organises public guidance into a working format. It is not the ENISA Single Reporting Platform, a filing service, legal or incident-response advice, a conformity assessment, certification or guarantee of compliance.

You remain responsible for scope and reportability decisions, facts, confidentiality, deadlines, the correct authority and submission through the official channel. Official guidance and platform fields may change, so verify current official material before relying on an output.

Refunds and problems

Refund requests may be sent to info@peak-cs.com within 14 days of purchase. If delivery fails or the file is defective, contact us for a replacement or refund. Refunds are processed through the checkout provider. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Applicable law

German law applies. For merchants, legal entities under public law and special public funds, Mannheim is the agreed place of jurisdiction. Mandatory rules remain unaffected.
