Incident entries stay on your device
Values entered in the reporting compiler are processed in page memory on your device. The application does not transmit them to its server or automatically save them in browser storage. They leave the page only when you intentionally copy, download or print them.
Site operation
We record limited product actions, such as a page view, sample download, export or checkout click, with a short non-content label and server timestamp. A small set of campaign labels, such as organic search, paid search or a professional-network link, lets us compare discovery channels. When no campaign label is present, your browser may classify the referring site into one of those same groups. Only the group is sent with the event; the referring URL, search terms and arbitrary query values are not sent or stored with it. The application database does not store form values, email addresses, a client identifier, user-agent strings or IP addresses with these events, and uses no analytics cookies. We honour Do Not Track. The purpose is to operate and improve the service; the legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Event collection removes rows older than 13 months.
Hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical request data, including IP addresses, as needed to deliver and protect the site. Such data is retained only as required for security, reliability and legal obligations.
Checkout
When you choose to buy, you are sent to Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe Managed Payments acts as merchant of record and processes payment, tax and transaction data under its own privacy notice. We receive order information needed to deliver the product, provide support, handle refunds and meet accounting obligations. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
Purchase access and delivery emails
We verify purchases with Stripe before granting downloads. We store payment references, access status and a keyed hash of your checkout email to match recovery requests. Necessary secure cookies remember the checkout browser for up to two hours and download access for up to 24 hours. These support the service you request and are separate from analytics.
Resend processes your checkout email address and a private access link to send purchase and recovery emails on our behalf. These emails do not subscribe you to marketing. Initial access links expire after 24 hours and recovery links after 15 minutes; each can be used once. Expired access and abuse-prevention records are cleared when recovery is requested. Purchase references remain while needed to provide purchased access or meet legal obligations. The legal basis for delivery and recovery is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; abuse prevention relies on Article 6(1)(f).
Recipients and transfers
Data is disclosed only to service providers used for hosting, security, purchase email delivery and payment processing, and to authorities or advisers where legally required. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards described in their privacy information.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@peak-cs.com. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
External destinations
Links to Stripe, European Commission and ENISA services lead to external sites whose own privacy terms apply. Article 14 Ready never submits a notification to the official Single Reporting Platform for you. No automated decision-making or profiling is performed.
